MoparAmerica located at 950 Highway 66 South, Kernersville, North Carolina,27284. Appears to operate out of Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC..Placed order 11/1/2017, received on 11/8/2017 the order contained the incorrect bolt. Spoke to associate on phone who said they would send out the correct order the next day. Received new order a few days later which contained a torn plastic bag and 3 incorrect bolts. Contacted paypal and they refused to reverse the charge, it took them 30 days to reach that conclusion and because tracking showed it being delivered there was nothing they could do. Just a heads up doing business with this company and paypal will use tracking as an excuse to not reverse a charge.

Update to MoparAmerica

In all the years buying from companies on the net I have never had a response like I received from MoparAmerica seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion with my earlier complaint regarding this company . I should have done more research, this company has a process when it comes to problems with an order which I overlooked and it appears they take their reviews seriously . I was contacted by Steve Overby who runs the parts division of MoparAmerica who became aware of my problem and immediately took steps to right the issue. Not only did I receive the correct order but it was delivered over the weekend and in 3 days . With a response like this you can bet any future parts that I need will come from MoparAmerica . Thank You MoparAmerica and Steve . Also thanks Bill for the extras .
