Kia Crooms and Angela Quercioli-Schermer took 100. out because payrentchex.com owned who processes credit card payments for Morgan Management's newly aquired the Marsol or The Drake in Mayfield Heights, OH does not state it will take any time at all yet, Angela showed me a fraudlant e-check printout with 1 to 2 days for processing circled and wouldn't budge as to returning my 50.00 per month late fees when I did NOT pay by E-check and warned her it was fraud, and misleading. She took me to Kia Crooms the property manager who said the same thing, and then Dennis Morgan's "customer complaint specialist" told me it takes a week for them to get the payment from payrentchex.com so don't believe my reciepts. There is no on property dropbox or way to pay, and my reciepts should have been acceptable. However the calls to the regional Joe Miller were left unresolved. If you run into an issue PLEASE contact your local landlord tenant association, as well as checking out their BBB file and contact the FTC. Ths is immoral if not illegal. Thank you.
