I am  Michael  a Green, I  send this because the company  Morgan  Stanley  is holding  money  from the  two party check that was send to me and a person sign with out asking me about  doing this and her name is was Mary  E  Green  and i had to send  check back to the company  for that reason  that she was not to sign that check  cause  we are no longer  living together and she  has not send the mail to the right  address   for over 14 years now and the company  Morgan Stanley   refuse to sign and take her  name off the check and send to the right person that was the  person that  has owner ship of the money in hand they are holding the money there  thank you .
