Morningside Mobile Home Village, Dickinson, Texas Vicki, Manager Manager is horrible, and from my research is a "tyrant". She is not qualified for her job. Dickinson Texas

I tried to buy a mobile home in this park.  The manager, Vicki, I called 3 times and left messages, as she does not pick up the phone.  She also does not return phone calls.  I became acquainted with the mobile home owner, and from her information and the research I retrieved from other leasees, she will let illegals live there, and will sell to the guy who "We Buy Ugly Houses".  She would never call me back, nor the other 6-8 other people that wanted to buy the mobile home and thus, lease on this property.  I have been told today that various people are charged different garbage, water, and so forth bills.  I am trying to find the Management Company that owns this park.  She has cut me off from a very good deal, as I am disabled, and this is the only opportunity I have had to buy a home.  Somebody needs to do something PLEASE!!!
