Mortgage Modifiers They promised me I wouldn't loose my home and now for xmas I'm being evicted on Dec.19,2008 Tampa Florida

Perhaps the reason Mortgage Modifers does not "help" homeowners in Florida (the state where Mortgage Modifiers is located) is due to the pending investigation by the Florida Attorney General's office.

The other two states Mortgage Modifers does not do business in are Maine and Maryland. Maryland has some of the most proactive fraud laws and investigative agencies in the nation. You should get answers that make sense to you before trusting a company that "helps" all homeowners except for people who live in a state that is very strong against companies that scam their customers (Maryland), does not do business in the same state their office is located (Florida), and has a pending investigation filed by the State Attorney General's office.

It has been brought to my attention that there have been allegations made on this web site about Mortgage Modifiers. We take our reputation very seriously and have looked into this complaint thoroughly. I have not located any client in our entire data base that is from Miami and goes by the name of the Darrell and Cindy of Miami Florida. We have not worked with any clients for that matter in the City of Miami at all. I have provided my personal contact information for this individual to contact me to discuss their file. If this was a real client, per our contact, they would absolutely be eligible for a full refund of any money collected. Since I have not heard from them and can not locate their file in my data base and I am 100% certain that we have never worked with this individual that made this complaint, I can only assume that this is an attempt by a competitor to tarnish Mortgage Modifiers stellar reputation. Further more, as of October 1st, the state of Florida has passed legislation that limits our ability work with distressed home owners in the state of Florida. We work very hard to ensure that our customer service is unmatched in this industry and we have a long list of satisfied customers that can attest to that.

I believe you are mistaken about who is working with you on a Loan Modification. We unfortunately do not do business in the state of Florida, Maryland, or Maine.
