 I have been working with The Motgage Advocate Group since October 2012, and started with one case manger, who left the company. I wasn't informed about my case manager leaving the company until July 2013, and he had left earlier in the year.

My first case manager was GREAT about returning phone calls withing 24 to 48 hours. Once he left I have been having problems with getting return phone calls, emails, and information on my mortgage. I have been passed to 3-4 processors, and NO case manager since my first case manager.

When they sent out their welcome packet to me, it was in the welcome packet that I would recieve updates every 2 weeks. I paid for 2 homes to prevent foreclosure. I did not hear anything from anyone at the company, even though I was leaving messages, sending emails, until one home was being foreclosed on, and was foreclosed and sold 3 days later. Since August 1, 2013 when the other home was foreclosed on and sold August 2, 2013 back to the mortgage comapany, I have been requesting MY FULL refund that their welcome package guarantees. I AM STILL REQUESTING THE REFUND SINCE AUGUST 1, 2013, WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT.

I have NOT heard any news on my own mortgage, other than my mortgage company selling my mortgage to a different company. That news came from my own mortgage comapny on August 2013. I call and leave a message, wait 6-8 weeks for a RETURN phone call, and get a phone call for a follow up from when I contacted the company in October 2012 to see if I want to retain their services for my mortgage loan modifcation, which I had paid IN FULL April 2013. Payments had acutally began in October 2012. I recieve these types of phone calls every 4-6 weeks.

I still have NO information on the status of my own mortgage, even though they have been working on my mortgage since October 2012. I have NOT recieived ANY email with a status of my mortgage, even though they say they will send you updates every 2 weeks.

I was told by another company that this company is a scam!!
