Mosaic Studios Garry Gottlieb 4 yrs later and still not wedding album!! Delray Beach, Florida

We got married in Dec of 08 and we STILL don't have our wedding album.  I will admit that I took a yr to finalize the album, but we never got our book.  I still have the email  from Gary dated 5/8/10 with our final design. We were given excuse after excuse as to why we didn't have our book.  Even with all of that, we stupidly contracted Gary for 3 sessions.  We got pregnant and Gary did our pregnancy photos and another session when our son was 3 months.  We received those photos, but still no album.  We then did our last session over a yr ago and I have yet to see those pictures.  I've called several times and the last time my husband spoke to Gary they set up a date to meet up, but the day came and went and we did not receive a confirmation for the meeting and when we called, we left a message and no call was returned.  Within the last couple of months I've tried calling over and over again, just to get a message stating the inbox was full.  Sent several emails and no reply.  I called last week to hear that the number has been disconnected!!!!!  I sent an email to all of the email addresses listed and their being returned!!!!!! I am so disappointed and angry!  I'm not even interested in my photos at this point, I just want my money back for services not rendered.  I feel luckier than some of the other reviews I've read about Gary because at least I got my wedding photos, but none the less, we paid for services that we never received.
