Motime Dada USA, Inc Subscription Scam New York, New York

I was directed to a free ringtone site from a music download site. I unwittingly tried to download a ringtone. Somewhere along the line there is fine print that describes the motime.com $9.99 monthly subscription for which you are agreeing. I immediately canceled the subscription. I was charged the full $9.99 monthly charge regardless. I called customer service and the foreign customer service agent essentially says you agreed to the charges and there is nobody that can refund any money.

Mainly I wanted to make this report for others that run into the same issue. After searching I found that Motime.com is just a domain name owned by the company Dada USA, INC. Dada USA is located in NYC and includes a street and phone address. If others wish you may try calling this company directly. Possibly, if we inundate them with angry callers and such they may get annoyed enough to change their practices a bit. The address information is:
