 In May of 2017 they repoed my motorcycle and it was not behind, the next day I called they kept telling me they had no record of my bike being picked up, that my payment was not behind. So then I thought it had been stolen, so call the non-emergent police line and it was repoed. Well I call back they would transfer me, then leave me on hold for 20mins then hang up the phone. So finally I started emailing so that I could have a paper trail. I finally get someone on the line in the recovery department Mr Alvarez. He said he didnt issue an order for my bike to be picked up but if I wanted it back I had to pay over 1300 plus repo fee, plus storage fee. So I had the money that following Friday it had only been 6 days. I call and I pay the money.

Well Stacie Garcia is on my account now, and she really helped because it wasn't supposed to be picked up. Well its time for me to pick my bike up, I had to set up an appointment with the repo company but they would not give me the info until I paid. Well I paid and the repo company had already transported my bike to the auction in ft myers and now there is another 500. Plus I had to buy another tag and pay the auction $89.00 to release my bike to me. I worked two fulltime jobs. Got off work at 4am cause fort myers was 4 hours away and I had to be at the auction. when they opened to get it. So now I'm up to over $2000.

Well June comes they say I have a payment and there was another 300 fee to get my bike back but Staci said she would split that payment into two payments. Well I call to have 535 deducted from my account, Staci never takes it out she emailed me staying she forgot the amount we agreed upon. Payment never taken out. I called her voicemail was full. so I started another paper trail, its on my credit as closed by consumer early termination, then pending was placed on it. From June until now I have been asking why my payments are not being taken out. I didnt go through all of that to get my bike back and then they come again. No answer finally Staci says too many emails to understand to call her.

Now her Voicemail is empty. I got her after the 5th try. Still no money taken out. So I start emailing and calling again. Then she emails me weeks later saying she is no longer over my account that someone named Albert is. And she would go over my account with him and have him call me, well Albert never called. It is now September and they send someone to pick up my back and now I look back at my credit report and the account is mysteriously open again with the same amount that they said I was late after I paid everything that was never taken to a zero balance of payments owed. The money is still sitting in my account since June and I have every email that was sent. I'm not taking anymore losses for these shady companies. I called them again , they just keep transferring me and I sent another email to Staci. No response I called the repo guy to let him know he was not getting my bike and they need to take their money out of my account that is sitting there. none of my information has changed from what they have, its all the same.
