Motorcyclecarbs.com - Robert Reil Rebuilt carbs-NOT Kenesaw, Georgia

I sent Motorcyclecarbs.com a backup set of Virago carbs in May of 2007.  They said it would take about 5 weeks and the cost would be $350 . After 3 months I had heard nothing and they finally returned my call. they said they needed and additional $150 for parts .  Four more months and numerous phone calls later  I get the carbs back.


I install the carbs and one cylinder will not fire on choke. The idle mixture screws have no effect. I call Mr. Reil and he says to  ride the bike and see how it runs.  It is winter in massachusetts , so I wait till spring and try riding the bike. Cylinder still won't run on choke. Call mr. reil and he says  warranty is 45 days only.

I sent my original carbs to classiccarbsandmore.com. I received them back in 2 weeks and the bike runs flawlessly. Night and day , my friends

I will  now sent the supposedly "rebuilt" carbs to Mike to be  RE rebuilt.


I know that Mr. Reil has had some employee and personal problems but this is not right. He actually seems like a decent guy but BUYER BEWARE.
