Mountain Propane Let our home run out of gas while we were on Automatic delivery and then wanted us to pay for emergency delivery Tannersville New York

I was out of town, my girlfriend called for delivery because she was out of gas, this was on a monday and it was 0* outside, she was told that she would have to have a check when the driver arrived and pay for an emergency delivery, why when we have over 3000$ in credit and were on Automatic delivery?

Because Barbra said so! Ok my girlfriend said, these gas people think thet're GOD, Now Barbra says, she can't get a truck to us until Thursday, Wow, ok.

So now My girlfriend calls on a friend who came over and installed a 20lb Barbeque tank in place of my 2) 100 gallon tanks. this would last for 3 - 4 days, 

now our friend lit the pilot lights and we got heat. Thursday came and went, my girl calls, what happened? the truck couldn't get to us, ok when? Monday, 

Wow! Now we called every gas co. in the area and Botini Fuels came through. Our house was at times down to 40*,this was crazy, these people should be charged, some could have died.
