MOVING VAN LINES, INC Stole $1000 off credit card, ruined all our furniture, after 1 year won't pay claim. Tried to bill us $450 for packing supplies not used. Ripoff Hollywood Florida

I can't even describe how horrible this company is. When they charged our credit card for the balance at the end, they added an extra $1000 for themselves. We disputed it with the credit card co. and the credit card company returned our money. They tried to charge us $459 for packing supplies that were NOT used. We did all our own packing and taping. They only used a few of their quilts which they took back. It took a month to get our items after being picked up. They picked up in a very old delapidated u-haul truck and said that our things were to be transferred to a van line for the trip north. LIES!! It was delivered in the same gross u-Haul truck. Discovered they only own ONE TRUCK!!!! Now their insurance company, Anthem Claims Management out of Anthems,Arizona -623-551-3248-sent a letter stating we would get paid x amount for our claim. That was in March and so far we have RECEIVED nothing. I just turned this whole mess over to the Florida and Ohio Attorney Generals. Let them handle it. Hope they go to jail! By the way the owner ia one OHAD GUZZI....STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE...THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM MOVING COMPANY!!!!!
