MP Mileage Plus Protective Insurance Company Bogus contract - does not cover anything Internet

I''m going to be straight forward and simple. I do not recommend after market, third party extended warranty from any company to anyone, period! Especially on pre-owned and used vehicles. They are more interested in taking your money, and it's not cheap or even affordable, than giving you service when you need it. It's all about profit for them. For myself, I bought it for peace of mind. But when I needed it, it's not there for me.

MP Mileage Plus does not cover anything wrong with our truck. We had all the levels of their coverage options including ashtrays; something our truck doesn't even have. So we thought they would cover important stuff like when the lumbar on the driver seat fell apart and crumbled; the fog light switch gets stuck and sometimes would not work; the luminaries on the steering wheel controls would not light up in the dark; and most especially when the steering stabilizer shock needed replaced because it went bad and making a lot of noise when you turn the wheel. It was time for a new one. All of these were denied.

IT'S A RIP-OFF! A SHAM! By the time, we realized this and wanted to cancel the contract, they prorated the money by the months we used, in our case, 20 months, which was fine; but they also said we racked up too many miles on it. It's a diesel truck. A 100K miles is just a breaking point for diesel trucks. So there's not much money left on the contract.

Then to add more insult and injury, it takes 6 to 8 weeks to process our cancellation request. It was a nightmare.
