MP3downloadhq.com ripoff! Internet

I purchased a one year membership to MP3downloadhq.com and then wanted to cancel my subscription, as their product information was misleading. The websites they advertise are already free.

I tried to get in touch with them by phone (listed in their terms of service) to get a refund, but everytime I called I got a message saying they were closed and to please call back during normal business hours, 9 am to 5 pm EST. It was 4:30 when I called. Today I tried calling and got a fast busy signal, like the phone was off the hook.

Now that I am outside of my 7 day trial period, I don't know if I can get my money back, but I sure want to, as I made attempts to contact them as regards this.

I even sent an e-mail and got one back saying that my charges could not be refunded, but is clearly stated that in the 7 days, your membership fee can be refunded. What can I do? If anybody knows, please let me know!
