Mp3downloadq.com Ripoff active Publishing my husband signed up for a 14 day free trial somehow this company got ahold of both our credit card # and our debit card # and charged both sporadically I have called & called & emailed & emailed with no response Internet

This company is a complete rip off. They have charged my credit card 4 times (twice on 10/6/04, once on 10/29/04 and once on 11/13) in addition to charging my debit card several times in September. In order to get my $ back on my debit card, the bank had to get involved and contact mp3 direct. Plus to be on the safe side, I cancelled both my debit card and my checking account. Now with the credit card, I was able to get the 2 charges that were sent through ipaycs.com back but cannot get the original 2 charges that went direct through active publishing. I have called several times & emailed several times but have not had any sucess. Now I have to get my credit card's fraud dept involved.
