mr. goldberg/director/barbizon model/talent agency/manhattan, new york city, new york..
along with sam/director/clare models/long island, new york
contracted models along with co-defendant/sunflower
promotional agency/kansas, to do a Pepsi/beverages/soda
street team model event at malls/media --they charged
the co-defendant monies and booked models/runners to do
this event/

contracted models did not show/runners did not show/for event and forced/coerced the remaining good faith models/present to do the heavy lifting/work to finish the account/shorthanded support staff!

we last heard/that from sunflower/parent client/barbizon was fired by sunflower for non-payment--did not compensate the remaining models for the work performed /and threatened to
terminate our employment if the remaining models did not
do the original job hired for on the premise that day!

they were dishonest/coercive and still owe us extra
non-contracted services fees for the event/ we were forced to do to keep our employment and good standing.

we are in legal claims court at the moment to
get our outstanding monies paid.
