This person advertised forwarding telephone numbers good for 120 days with 30 minutes of phone time for $5 each. 

On November 27, 2012 I ordered 20 numbers and paid him $100 via PayPal.

On November 28, 2012 he provided me with 20 numbers guaranteed to work for 120 days or 30 minutes all forwarded to my telephone number.

I had other projects to complete so I didn't get around to using any of them until December 12, 2012.  The first one I tired, someone else answered the telephone and it wasn't forwarded to my number.  So I proceeded to a second number, again someone answered the phone.  After the second bad number I tested all the numbers he provided me and only 5 out of the 20 work.  15 numbers were dead or answered by another party.

I emailed him twice on December 12th without a response.  On December 13th I emailed and said I didn't want to post on his forum sales thread so please reply and fix this issue.  He responded on the 14th saying his Internet was down.  I provided him the list of bad numbers and he emailed once more asking what number they were forwarded to and now he's vanished and hasn't responded to my last 6 emails.  His sales thread on WarriorForum is now littered with complaints from other buyers.  His WarriorForum account is now banned but he's opened several others.

Now he's created a new website and is calling himself Mr1Number.com.  DO NOT SEND THIS THIEF ANY MONEY or you'll never see it again.  He will just scrape telephone numbers from the phone book and then ignore you once you discover the numbers don't work.
