MRO Investments inc Osborne Homes Osborne's use of threatening and invideous tactics against the sick elderly are criminal Fresno California

MRO Investments Inc which is Osborne Homes located in Fresno CA with phone numbers 559-579-1234,559-579-1280,702-403-4046, use calculated tactics meant to harass, cause severe stress, anxiety and anger, to incite a conflict. The facts are: On September 14,2016, a male person came to my home, which was sold in a bid rigging scam of an auction, on September 8, 2016 in Madera, CA. This individual was looking into the windows and taking pictures. I am in this house and I am elderly and in very poor health. I told him to leave in very strong language; the kind you hear when watching Bruce Willis movies.

He engaged in tactics meant to harass, intimidate, bully, and inflict stress and anxiety. He said the buyer had been trying to call me for 5 days and could not contact me, so he was inconvenienced into having to make a long drive just to see if anyone was here. His excuse was that they thought no one lived here and he needed to assess how much clean-up needed to be done. So he had to take pictures of me and the inside of the house.

I was here Sept 9,10,11,and 13. No one from MRO called me on any of these days. His claim of calling for 5 days was a calculated lie.

He told me he was taking video of me and the house and he was recording everything I was saying. His intent was to create a state of anxiety and stress and to intimidate and take advantage of my ill health and fragile state. Rather than to just leave, he proceeded to argue with me trying to incite a conflict. His outlandish comment to me that he didn‘t realize I was inside the house hiding, demonstrates his ill will and intent.

It is my very strong belief that his presence was planned by MRO and intended to cause harm by the use of threats (video taping - recording) meant to invoke fear and nervousness. My privacy has been completely shattered and my safety and security have been breached.

MRO’s actions have put me into a heightened state of self protection. I alone must defend and protect myself when I believe my life is endangered. A stroke or a nervous breakdown just might endanger my life. (or my right to life) I am saying that this guy is very bad business and his intent is malicious. My intent is to fight anyone who tries to harm me. These types use all sorts of evil maneuvers, especially when they think the sickness and frailness of an elderly person makes their invidious schemes easier.
