Mr.trassmission did not flush transmission Greenville South Carolina

took my ford windstar to mr trans for a flush.when i got home.i looked underneath the van to see if the hoses have been taken off either at the radiator or trans.well, they havent been touched.the hoses were stiil secured to the frame of the van.i had replaced both supply & return trans hoses & secured them with ties.called mr. trans an asked him how did he flush the fluid out of the trans if the hoses were not taken off.he said that he flushed it underneath the trans.made a few calls to other trans mechanics & each one tells me that the only place is at the hoses.torque converter has to turn in order for the fluid to pump in & out.im charged 93.90 parts & lubricants,48.81 labor & 7.14 supplies.no flush!another crook in the neighbor hood!
