MTBC They take your money and you get no accounting of what they have done. New Jersey

Last summer the billing company who had managed my accounts for my private medical practice sold to MTBC.  I was assured that there would be no changes in the billing practice, and that the current employees would be staying on.  In December  called one of the employees of the old company hoping to learn what was happening and learned she was no longer there.  Then I asked for the former owner and was told the same thing. 

On December 16,  of last year I received a bill for $2,260 with no explanation.  I then received a call from someone saying he wanted my credit card number for paying MTBC's bill , and that in the future would I please give them access to my bank for them to automatically withdraw their fee.    Fortunately my accountant had a bit more information and had learned that they had supposedly collected $10,000 on my behalf.  At that rate it seems I was paying 20%.    To date I have received no accounting of where that money is, or from where it had come.   I don't know who has paid me and who hasn't.  I still don't know what they did with the money.

 One month ago I wrote the CEO Steven Snyder a letter cancelling their service and requesting a return of deposit slips and any endorsement stamps they might have.  To date I have NOT received a reply.  They cannot be trusted in my opinion.
