Just what I have experienced over the lasty 15 years trying to do business and getting ripped off by Multiflo.
When you need repair parts (and you will need parts) the factory will only give you your local dealers phone number, and if he is anything like the Alabama dealer be prepaired to get your shirt ripped off.
I finally have gathered phone numbers on dealers in other states, however I have to lie about my address and have my parts shipped to freinds and then pay additional shipping for them to ship me my parts to me..however I saved almost 50%
The out of state dealers say if they are caught shipping out of their areas they will be punished and possibly have their dealership revolked.
Graingers has some of the parts for the agitator motors search around and you may be able to avoid the outrageous markups multiflo gets.
