Took months to complete and did not do a satisfactory job.   I have dozens of phrotographs to prove it plus expert builders's witness.  He speicified using Benjamin Moore Paints but did not. 

He sued me in Small Claims Court because I withheld the last payment until he fixed the terrible completed job and I was foolish to agree to arbitration  because I'd never gone to court before and didn't know that always resulted in losing part of your case.  It was a mistake because he has been there many times and knew he would get off at least part of the fee.  I had to pay $1000 out of my own pocket to get job fixed so I could sell the house sometime. 

- neighbors told me that he was drunk on the job - he would come after I went to work and leave before I got home so I didn't know it but his finish painting showed it - thus the pictures.

Never agree to negiations when you know you have a good case!  Hope he is not still in business. BBB said they would not list him as unsatisfactory because I arbitrated!
