MVQ Club Save Adaptive Marketing LLC billing scam on credit card holders Internet

 I notice today when paying my Capital One Credit card a charge for $1.00. I had  no idea what the charge was for. I went back a year to July 2012, and discovered this same company had been billing a $1.00 charge each month.  I attempted to call the company to find out how they got my information and also to cancel the membership.  The recorded message keeps you going in a loop and unable to either speak with a representative or cancel the service.

I then sent a email ( only way to contact them ) and demanded that I get a refund going back at least to July 2012, or $12.00. Even though the amt is small, think of the money this company has raked in from unsuspecting people.  1000 people would give them 12,000 for doing nothing. I would believe they have a lot more than 1000 that they are currently billing. Since the amount is so small it is easy to miss each month, which is what I am sure they count on.

I am also going to contact Capital One bank to see if there is anything that they can do to stop this as well, besides having its customers close their accounts.

Something has to be done about this company , hopefully if enough people speak out , our combined voices will be heard and we can put a stop to their questionable business.

  I indicated that it was a credit card transaction ( MasterCard), however, I did not make a charge to this company or agree to the debit. I am not certain how they got my credit card information.
