MWI-24 Protect Plus rip-off scum Stamford Connecticut

Now MWI is using another subdivision to Steal CC info and process Fraudulent Charges ripoff fraud business ripoff liars victimized us rip-off scam dirt bags rip-off scam liars rip-off scam dirt bags .....

I was just reading all the reports listed w/ "Companies" ( I use this term loosely )associated with MWI. Well they have now started using MWI-24 Protect Plus (whatever that is) to Rip off People using fraudelent Credit Card Charges. Upon reviewing my Credit Card Statement, I noticed a charge for $112.50 on 2-10-03. I immediately called the # listed 1-800-211-9749 to find out why this company charged my credit card without my authorization. Needless to say, after talking to Michael ID#16208, Heidi ID#4015, Juanita ID#2301, & Lionel ID#3383 I got no answers and no corrective action taken.

Everyone I spoke to wanted to know my every detail... name, billing address, phone #, etc. They even had the Gall to ask for my CC #. Which I stated to them, you should know it already because you charged it for $112.50 already without my knowledge or authorization. Each stated they could not find anything in their computer system showing I had been charged at all. To add further insult, they stated they couldn't understand the total I was charged, because they didn't have anything for sell at that price......

All 4 finally switched me over to their "ghost" of a supervisor by the name of "Carla Ivey" who for some reason had voicemail activated....This run around kept me tied up for 3 hours yesterday morning and I still did not get the charges lifted. My only alternative now is to file a transaction dispute with my CC company. Hopefully the funds will be credited to my account since MWI-24 Protect Plus can find no information on me or my CC # alleging I ordered something.

I just wonder how many people are getting screwed by this MWI and all it's subdivisons because they fail to scutinize their CC statements every month. They obviously are getting away with a lot because they have lots of people answering the phones..and lots of different people they can switch you over to, to speak with.......
