MWI GALLERIA USA ripoff fraudulent billing on my bank account Connecticut

I went to the bank this afternoon (04/08/03) to check for my balance. I was shocked when I received the paper with all my expenses. I found an amount of 139.95 deducted from my account by MWI Galleria USA. I told the bank teller that I have no idea about this things and last week I called another company to return back the money they ripped off.

The bank teller who was so considerate lend me the phone to contact the customer service office. I talked to the representative and told him about this fraud. He apologized me and told me to send back a $100.00 by mail. He was offering me to send some promotional stuff on my mail but I refused. I told him to return back my money as soon as possible. It's too bad. I almost shouted him but I remained calm.

I was really wondering how did they get my card number. I did not give them my number. Where did they get it? If there are other companies who has the credit/debit card number of their customers and distribute it to other companies who do fraudulent acts, let they be punished by law.
