MWI HomeWorks Plus ripped me off for one dollar, how stupid is that? Internet

Using one of the many internet sites that offers rewards for online activity, I tried to join the Homeworks Plus program, and when it came down to submitting all the information, including my credit card information, I twice recieved a notice onscreen that my credit card was not valid, and that the transaction could not be processed. Then several days later one dollar was deducted from my account on behalf of Homeworks Plus. I figured that I was going to recieve my membership and $25 Lowe's card, and I waited to get my stuff in the mail. Well, my stuff never did arrive, leaving me with no way to even contact them about the situation, and they have my one dollar.

I know that it is only a dollar, but they lied to me about my credit card, kept the card information, and then used it later. Everyone should be aware of this company, and its scam.
