After receiving my CC statement with the unauthorized charge and made a day's worth of phone calls...I finally got somewhere!!!

I got a number from another phone/mail company that got me through to a real live phone rep. The number is 1-877-682-5837. With persistance, I was able to get the rep to remove the charge from my CC account.
