MWI*Premierhealth charged $139.95 to my credit card without my knowledge ripoff artists fraud .....

MWI*Premierhealth Plus 877-879-5258 CT charged my credit card $139.95 without my knowledge and premission.

This caused me to have an overlimit fee of $29.00.
I don't even know what this company is and have never heard of them until I read my bill.
