What a horrible company .

From beginning to end they were horrible .

I call to get a quote and James ,Senior Relocation Special gave me great quote and promised me the world and a great price . I told James the movers needed to be on time because I had to work in the afternoon . He said no problem .

The were suppose to be at my home on Friday July 8th at 9 am and they were suppose to call one hour before they got there . Well no call , I called them and they said they were running a little late . They kept lying about how late they were going to be and where they were . 2 1/2 hours late . I had to leave.

They called said they were sorry and said they would take $100 off and be there on time on Monday July 11th . Today .

I called they said there were going to be there early . Nope 1/2 hour late .

The movers got there and looked around and said there is too much stuff . My $600 quote without the $100 off just became $1350 and they said they would not deliver to my new home Today . Mind you I had miss work Friday when they were 2 1/2 hours late and now Monday and then they wanted me to take another day off .

I said goodbye and no thank you .

I called James and told him the problem and he called me a B**** and that it was my problem I had to take the day off and not theirs and that I was a winey baby . He when off on me for several minutes. I could not believe it .

I and 46 years old and a business owner and have never been talked to like this .

I texted the manager , Xavier and he assured me James would be fired and we agreed that I would pay $800 , $200 more then the estimate and $300 more then my suppose discount for not showing up.

The movers were a mess , refused to take anything off the truck before I paid in cash .

Scratched everything and I mean everything .

Smoked everywhere and left butts and garbage in my drive way .

They ran a bait and switch and were horrible .

Run from this company !!!!
