Folks If Your Not Satisfied With MyEyeLab Give Your Business To Someone Else Who Cares..

I think there are some businesses out there who are so arrogant enough, to think that somehow they became successful without the help from the general public. However, they need to be reminded like now, and from other customers who are not satisfied with MyEyelab services, that if they don't straighten up their customer service system where they did care about the needs of their customers and not the mity dollar, They will end up losing every bit of what they built. Maybe that is what they want.

Nevertheless, I went with a elderly woman to purchase a pair pair progressive lenses. When we approached the store in Hollywood, Florida, about the last week of March 26th, a real nice young lady came to greet us with a smile, so we asked her to help us. We ended up buying two frames for my elderly friend for over 200.00, which we had to pay all of it upfront, before we could leave the store. That kind of rubbed us the wrong way, we felt we should have had to pay half at the time of service, and the rest at the time of the complete delivery, which we requested to have it delivered to, at the Coral Springs location. The young lady told us it would be delivered at the Coral Springs location both frames in approximately, 2 weeks or longer.

We received a automated call on April 25th, explaining that both frames were ready to be picked up at the Hollywood Location. We called the Hollywood Location and spoke with a manager name Olivia. I asked about our order. she stated as such, " Sir, even though a computer called you and told you two glasses are ready for you, there is actually only one. I was now getting a little hot under the collar, but keeping my cool. I said, " Olivia, you company has some very sloppy practices, let me speak with your boss." her response, " Sir, I am the boss." "I am currently with a customer approximately since (5:45pm), At 8;33 PM Olivia called back with a story, but no apology at all. she did say, "sir we do have both of the glasses where would you like it shipped too" so she read some instructions at our request, for the lenses to be sent too originally." I said, 'Olivia, let me understand something. "The automated computer that called me to tell us that both of the glasses were at your store, was correct despite what you said originally." " Sir, where would you like the lenses shipped too"  I said, send them to your coral springs store., thank you" We both hung up. I still will not use their service again, especially since they offered no apology, and nothing else as compensation for all the headache.
