I felt it is my due diligence to chime in and also agree that, myperfectresume.com is and knows what they are doing when it comes to building that, "so-called perfect resume," CHA-ching! making much much much more than the fee of 3.95 when what is really happening is a re-curring 34.95 monthly charge from Live Career.
It is 2013 and we are all extremely busy and sometimes we overlook ourselves e.g. our financial statements/bank accounts, paypal accounts, credit cards,phone bills etc. There are so many ways we keep our finances together....I think you get the point but Anyhow, heres my quick synopsis on my not so pleasant experience.
Sooooo.....On a lovley sunny day I just wanted to put together a quick on-the-fly resume thus stumbled across myperfectresume powered by Live Career or Career Builder, blah blah...I believe the intial charge was to be 3.95 and I just happend to use my roomates chase credit card and I gave him cash. Anyhow, 4 months down the line, my roomate finally did his bi-annual once-over on his accounts and vualah, recurring charges at 34.95 spanning a 4 month period!!!
I did send them an email and ONLY received a month credit. I should have received all my money back and I am on a payment plan to pay him back now! It is soooo frustrating but then again I did not have my magnifying glass to read that small print disguised in its own way, smart move myperfectrecurringmonthlycharge, so please be very careful and read all fine print (get that magnifying glass out if you need too!) Lol - I must say that the resume came out great though! Gotta give em that'
Mycareer or myperfect resume, please reach out to those whom really really was hurt by this, I am posting this because you charged over 500.00 to the man in Corona CA. and he never logged in as I never did either, NOT FAIR! Please rectify the situation and make things right please, you have made enough money CEO,COO,CFO & Board! Just think of all the people whom just wanted to help themselves with finding a job by building a resume and you make it a job to take from them??? Fix the small print!

I have a 2005 Nissan 350Z Convertible and I took it into Nissan of Van Nuys, California. Last week or so the Check engine light came on and also the convertible top works intermittently. It gets better, CarMax of Burbank sold me the car with the unproper tire size and apparently the car has sensors and it is not reading the correct tire size, so intermittently the car will shut off and the traction control light will turn on as well as the slip light, Airbag light is flashing, this means it is NOT SAFE! Apparently the intake manifold needs replacement as car is running rich and on the acceleration module sensor is bad! Hmmmm, back when I purchased the car just a fresh 7 months ago and ONLY put 3,000 miles on it I had to take it back the 2nd day to CarMax of Burbank where Jason the service manager helped me out because the accelerator was bad, so apparently they didnt fix it correctly and I was without a vehicle for 2 weeks.
I purchased this car for my 30th Bday and it has been a nightmare :( I even lost my job! So I cant enjoy this car with whats going on, soooo not fair :( I am filing complaint with CarMax and MaxCare, well only if Max Care does whats right. The claim that is currently oustanding as of todays date: 10/28/2013 and I am worried because the cost of repairs will be around 12,000.00 or more I would think! I need to let the Finance company Santander know this since this is financed with them, I would hope they are on my side and we can fight this and ensure my vehicle is safe and completely repaired. Remeber this car has only been driven 3000 miles in 7 months so it really does suck that Carmax would sell a messed up car to a guys 30th bday :( Crying........Shameful

We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email, and self- cancellation in your Account Settings! If service is no longer needed.
Like other subscriptions (your gym or your cable and internet service, for example), we don’t know to cancel the service unless you contact us. We provided a month’s refund as a one time courtesy.
