myfitteds.com Myfitteds.com promised me that after sending me a defective product that as soon as i reordered the item they would refund my monies for the first order. Well i placed my order and sure enough they Internet

So i ordered two identical hats both were marked the same size.  one of the hats was fine the other was obviously marked wrong.  I called in and they told me as soon as i ordered a new hat they would refund my money for the first order. 

A few days later i noticed they had taken the money out but not refunded the money back that they had promised.  Now when i originally order i did not need to pay shipping because my order was over $75.  Now i need to pay shipping on the one hat.  Which i said ok no big deal and paid the new shipping.  Now after i see my money has not been returned, i call in and they tell me that the defective hat needs to be sent back first.  I was CLEARLY informed they would not need the hat back and that they would do this as a one time exception because i buy alot if stuff from them. well not anymore i won't be!     

The gentleman kept forwarding my calls and hanging up on me when i started to argue it would be unfair for me to pay to send this hat back now after they told me i didn't need to.  which i had no problem doing so.  But i guess just for the sake of the sale they just said whatever to have me place another order.  But i will not pay shipping to send back something i never paid shipping for in the first place because of an error on the company.  

Down right dirty business.
