Myinfo1 offers a basic vehicle report like "Carfax" for $1.00 and if you buy it (the $1.00 version) they charge you $19.95. When you contact them via live chat. (which I did) they very pleasantly issue a refund and close your account, but are very clearly counting on their customers not noticing and/or not bothering.  I have the chat session with Myinfo1.com requesting a refund noted below ...
