I’d like to leave updated feedback for this company. While they certainly started off creating what looked like a very nice site, it turned out that they actually created a site that was hard coded, making it impossible for me to make the smallest change without all the formatting collapsing. They, Dreamr In Manchester, did this despite me explaining clearly over the phone during the brief that I wanted a wordpress site so that I could manage it myself going forward. Not only that, they built the site on a wordpress theme that crashed everytime a new version of wordpress was installed. They, Dreamr Manchester tried to charge me extra for fixing this mistake. I pushed back and they agreed to fix it as ‘a gesture of goodwill’. But that meant my site ran on a permanently old version of WordPress, making it more prone to errors and security issues.

Then all the images were lost. I contacted the company and asked for this to be rectified. I decided to go straight to the man in charge. I have NEVER EVER experienced such poor customer service. ( Dreamr Manchester )

The man was purposefully evasive, refusing to acknowledge my concerns and trying to make out that I was trying to scam them in some way. All I wanted was a website that worked given I’d paid £1,500 on the thing. While Jack (the person I initially worked with) did nothing wrong other than NOT LISTENING to my brief about wanting a manageable site, it was the founder of the company Mylo Kaye & Jack Mason that was particularly useless. I would strongly urge anyone not to use This is Bamboo or DreamR. (Dreamr is a Scam company based in Manchester ) It is a bait and switch operation where they will agree to your job but leave you stranded thereafter.
