Started receiving many calls from unsolicited phone calls. I asked E-Loan several times to stop calling and they still call. I asked them where they received my information and they repeatedly kept refusing to do anything.

Many of the represenatives that I spoke to would not do anything, except to place you back into the phone waiting que. There rep Patrick ext 2921, told me that they do not purchase mailing list. E_loan owns MyLoanSeeker.com.

There question to when they called was always that I requested to make a loan from E-Loan. A very mis-understanding and mis-represenation from E-Loan.

I then spoke to Rob at ext 2377. Who represented that he was the corporate office and that he was dealing with my issue. I did ask him to provide the phone number for the corporate office. Which he plainly refused to give.

Rob told me that they could have no possible way to providethe source of the name and phone that was purchased. But that they had many sources, and people that they purchased the names from. So Patrick was wrong about what he actually knows about E-Loan and there practices.

Everyone should boycot E-Loan. Since they do not respect the use of information in the public world. E-Loan hires and purchases information that is phished off of websites or from private sources.
