I was assigned this law guardian for a visitation & relocation hearing between myself and my ex for our 2 children. From my first meeting with her, Myrka was rude, and extremely unprofessional. She has yelled at me in the waiting area loud enough for people to hear my business while trying to speak with her in private, was innapropriate during our first meeting, yelled at my lawyer for encouraging communication between my ex and myself as well as added rediculous stipulations to our visitation agreement which neither party asked for or agreed to. When I questioned my lawyer about this I was told we cannot have another law guardian, but there has to be someone who is above her to report her to?!?!?!?
