Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Lee Laine and wanted to file a complaint about Mystical Vacations. I came to know about this company when my sister-in-law told me that this company faxed an advertisement about their fly and stay certificate. At that time I was canvassing a cheap airline ticket to take a vacation. Last July 12, I called Mystical Vacations at 1-800-237-6610 and spoke with one of their representative. I got convince and purchase eight tickets for 996 dollars using my bank account. The representative told me to check on to the internet and check their website. Using my email address as my username and birthdate as my password, she told me logged on and print the receipt and pay 30 dollars processing fee for each ticket (240 dollars total); and mail it to their Arizona office, and so I did. She promised me that after they received my processing fee, they will mail me a reservation form within 2-8 weeks. It's been more than 8 weeks now and everytime I try to contact them, their voicemail says that they don't offer customer service via phone now instead to e-mail them. But everytime I try to e-mail them they just have an automated response and never e-mail me back. Mystical Vacations also charged my bank account twice. I immediately report it to my bank that Mystical Vacations charge me twice and fortunately my bank reimburse me the second charge. At that time I taught that Mystical vacations was a legitimate company and so I told my bank that the first charge was authorized. Just this morning, my sister-in-law surf the internet and came to find out that I'm not alone with this, that there's a lot of people being victimize by this company. Mystical vacations took a total of $1236 from my bank account ($996 for the ticket and $240 for the processing fee). Please help.
