MyTechGurus Inc. is DISHONEST. I purchased a service package for the two computers I use for work after being repeatedly promised that the service could be used for both. They serviced one and, when I asked them to service the other, they refused, saying that either I had to buy an additional subscription OR they could transfer the subscription permanently and I would never be able to use the service for the first computer again.
Bait and Switch. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused.
I have filed a complaint with the attorney general and the better business bureau, where I was surprised to find more than 70 other complaints against them and a grade of D-. After reviewing the hundreds of complaints about them on the internet I guess I am not surprised. I should have done my research first. Two thumbs way down.
