N-Motion Bankruptcy Mailers is an Oregon Based company, peddling Bankruptcy Mail to auto dealers.
The first thing that I need to bring to everyone's attention is that this company is actually run by two different people than what the Oregon public records display. The Oregon records will tell you that Stormy Deets and Chris McGee run this company, which is a deception, in order to comply with a judgment filed against the two whom are truly running the company: Michael Warren and Curtis Goodwin.
Michael Warren and Curtis Goodwin were ordered by the State of Oregon that they could not enter into the business of Bankruptcy Mail for a period of 16 months due to fraud that they have engaged in. They were fired from their prior company for this fraud...of which they were also minor shareholders.
They used Stormy Deets and Chris McGee to open a new company for them, under a new name "N-Motion."
The fraud now is in what they are selling to auto dealers. First, they are telling the dealers that the data is fresh data, and that they are maintaining the database.
When Michael Warren and Curtis Goodwin were fired, we ensured that they did not have access to their computers again...which means that they were not able to steal the proprietary method in which we managed the data through the bankruptcy courts...via Pacer and Racer.
So, what this has resulted in is N-Motion Bankruptcy Mailers telling Auto Dealer clients that they are getting fresh "bankruptcies" when in fact they are not.
Next, N-Motion is not executing the program that they sell to dealers in the same fashion that it is sold. It would be impossible for them to do so...as I stated above, they don't have the correct data...so they mislead the dealers...hence the dismal results...
No one wins other than N-Motion.
Next, N-Motion tells those that have recently filed for Bankruptcy a host of lies. First, they claim to have first hand knowledge of reaffirming an auto loan through a bankruptcy. First, the knowledge that they claim to have is 100% inaccurate. They tell these people that they are not given credit for the loan...and that it will not reflect positively on their credit report.
This is a complete 100% lie. They say this because they want to sell their services. Great people to do business with eh.
We have spoken to over 16 auto dealers during the past 6 months that have used N-Motion's services...and they all have the same things to say...they all feel like they have been taken advantage of...and they feel they received zero value for their advertising investment.

I was the IT Manager for this group, between July 2003 and September 2004.
When I was hired, it was called Bankruptcy Solutions Group, LLC.
We sold bankruptcy data farmed from the federal court PACER/RACER system, and when region data wasn't available, another, private web system was used to fill in the gaps. This information was sold as a package which included mailers to car dealers using a system originally created by one of their call center reps, which they found out could program. The programming and system used was wholly original.
I was brought in to manage the IT department to move the project forward and help streamline technical processes.
During the course of my time there, I discovered that the management had left another, competing company called BK Direct LLC. Which did the exact same thing: Sell bankruptcy data to car dealers, and handle their mailers as a package.
BK Direct LLC was owned by Richard East, who later sued Bankruptcy Solutions Group LLC. on the grounds that they stole his system for data collection and mailers.
Points of fact: There was no law suit. It went to arbitration that found in favor of Richard East and BK Direct LLC. To my knowledge, this was technically unfounded, but an observer may never really knows much about the technical aspects of a system. So that is that. The system was wholly original when I got there. I saw the code, I know who wrote it, it was original based on user requirements.
Facing our doors closing and a bunch of people losing their jobs, Richard (Re67) offered a proposal to Michael and Curtis, to merge the two companies into RMC Management Group LLC. (Richard, Michael, Curtis) which myself and the lead programmer were responsible for migrating and merging the systems. Success.
Upon taking authority of the internal security, it was discovered that two parties were responsible for "fleecing" the company. They were summarily dismissed by Richard under the recommendation of Michael and Curtis to improve company moral (especially management's).
I was laid-off in September 2004 under unusual circumstances. It was obvious then, that no trust existed between any of the parties in upper management (Curtis, Michael and Richard). But my discharge was more of a hidden joy than it was a burden. I was happy not to deal with the drama. (Here I am enjoying it again!)
None of these folks are saints, but having been there and being heavily involved in re-designing the system, I never saw fraud on any of their parts. To be sure, there were always creative upper management solutions suggested, that bordered on illegal, or simply distasteful, but these were quickly shot down by Stormy and other parts of management, so the group ended up with a good business solution to resource challenges, rather than a nefarious one. Welcome to Corporate America.
If N-Motion is doing anything wrong, it's not because of who these folks are. It's because they are behind the times. They're just going with what they have learned works. There is now a Firefox plug-in that allows the download of publicly made available PACER/RACER records, called RECAP. You can look it up and play with it if you want some free Federal Court records.
The names of these companies can be verified in the online Oregon Business Registry.
BK Direct, LLC. - Bankruptcy Solutions Group, LLC. - RMC Management Group LLC.
Having talked to several of these individuals much after the split, I seriously doubt anyone mentioned here is "fraudulent" in legal terms, but it's quite certain there's still some animosity. It's like a rehash of some events that went down in 2003-2004. They learned it all from their previous employer. Live and learn I guess.
Buyer Beware? Caveat Emptor. Always.

This is a fruadulent posting by Richard East a former business partner who has no knowledge of my business. His claims are completley fraudulent and an easy search on filinginoregon.com will show who are the rightfull owners of all reported companies. I demand these posts be removed as he has never personally been a client of mine or a customer. He has never paid for services from me. While we were business partners i turned him into thr IRS for which he was and/or is under investigation. This investigation has by his own words cost him millions of dollars. He has no proof that anything my company does was and or is illegal. I help tens of thousands of people a year and he is the only bad post on the entire internet. Almost 3 years in business helping people with bankruptcies get an auto loan and i don't even have 1 bad comment on the BBB. Richard East please show me the documentation that you have that i currently run anything other than a legitimate business. PLease do not be afraid to use your real name when replying. I'm not.

Curtis Goodwin has formed yet another new company (one has to wonder why a person needs so many companies in the exact same business). After getting their Bankruptcy Solutions Group shut down in 2002 for fraud and theft, then forming N-Motion.biz, he has now formed his newest company Bankruptcy Resource Group.

Michael Warren seems to have ventured into new areas of business as of late, so, buyer beware...
Read this entire entry, so you can see the type of person you are dealing with here.
Michael Warren is the owner of both of these Web Properties, while still affiliated with N-Motion, the company that this entire document is written about.
Do yourself a favor, and read about Michael Warren, Curtis Goodwin, Stormy Deets, and Chris McGee, and how they have fleeced not only a local business in Portland, Oregon, but also hundreds of auto dealers throughout the United States. Not to mention the poor, unsuspecting individual consumers that were sold lies from which they dug themselves deeper holes after coming right out of bankruptcy. These people are eternal "snake oil salespeople." Take care if dealing with any of these people, and do yourself a favor, and truly take the time to read about these people:
