NAF Funding run by Jesse Isaacs has a wonderful strategy, although totally illegal and morally reprehensible, to maximize their profits. They hire groups of salespeople every 3 months under the promise that they would have to work the first two months for $300 a week then receive $45K - $55K a year plus commission and health benefits. Every advisor makes hundreds of calls and creates several settlement deals along with an enormuous number of contacts.

After 2 1/2 months they eliminate the base salary, benefits and change the commission structure to 25% - 28% of the gross profit. The entire marketing team's salary is eliminated. They provide almost nothing and after the switch and receive 75% of the revenue.

Within several days of my salary elimination all of my accounts, deals in processing and contacts I was forced to program into their LEADS 360 database were erased. My last 2 paychecks weren't delivered. No return contact from Jesse Isaacs.

In addition to their employees they also promise to split the commission with their client's financial advisors and seldom split 50 - 50 as they promise.
