Hello,
In January I ordered a pair of 505 jeans. They sent a pair of 550 jeans. I wrote them a nice email and told them of the issue. No rersponse.
I re-wrote an email. No response. Wrote a third time and Allen Nolan sent a short email back, "return the jeans and we will send a pair of 505's when we have them in stock."
I returned the jeans. So now I am out the cost of the jeans and shipping twice. Nothing happened. I wrote again, Nothing. Another email sent, nothing. I see the exact jeans I want on their web site. Another email and again nothing. It is now the last day in March I give up.
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NAME BRAND JEANS.
