National Diesel Steve quoted E-7Nack Diesel Engine reman complete including export packing and shipped used not reman RD688 engine that was just painted over..an older and bigger engine than requested..I paid 18,186.00 up front...when I complained Steve said he would settle for 5,000 for the engine and explained he had employee and personal problems but that he would reimburse me for the difference. Its ben several months and he gave me many excuses as to why he hadnt sent the refund but now I realize I was ripped off Fenton Michigan

On Feb 11 we sent a purchase order 14127 to National Diesel Engine Inc. in Fenton,Michigan as per their quote Invoice 021114C for a E07 Mack Diesel Engine,reman complete prepped for International Shipping plus freight to Miami for a total of 18,186.00...with a 1 year unlimited mile/hour warranty,parts and labor,worldwide.  We paid the total price before delivery...which took over 6 weeks when they promised in 2 weeks.  Due to the urgency of the client the engine was shipped as soon as it was received.  The client in S.A. complained that it was the wrong engine.  National Diesel shipped an engine for for a RD688 instead of a CV713...

its a bigger and older engine and it was not reman, just painted over..none of the internal components were reman/  After several conversations with Steve at National Diesel he agreed not to have the client ship it back but to keep the core at a total price of US$5,000.  The client agreed and since that agreement we have been told many times that we would get the difference of 12,500 refund.  Its been months and we have not received the refund.  We have all the emails and pictures plus I personally visited the client and saw the engine and I now feel ripped off by this company.  I also read that another company was also ripped off so hopefully someone will put a stop to this
