national filing service threating me over bill for2012.00 corona, California

Been calling for 2 weeks telling me they have a warrant for me i needed to call in 3 hrs, been calling 2 of my relative for them to get in touch with me that they have warrant for my arrest, they have been doing this for 2 weeks and then they call my sister-in-law today and told her to call me and tell me that i have 3 hrs to get in touch with them or i would be issued a warrant, so i called today and they want me to sent 150.00 for 12 months to clear up a credit card dated back 2007 and if i didnt give check by phone oe prepaid card to take funds out by end of month i would have a warrant on me she told me i i had till tommorrow by 3to call and give he my information and i told her i was in contact with ploce dept about this ordeal. so i called the police dept to come to my house and i talked to them about and he advised me on want to do.
