National Grants Conferences I paid NGC 9,500.00 in 2008 and I still don't Have a Grant!! Rochester New York

I went to a NGC Conference on January 20/2008. I sat through the whole seminar. I bought the grant package from NGC for a $1,000.00. N.G.C. called me a week later and I explained to them what I was doing. I needed a grant for start up Business. I was starting a company in the Golf industry. Have a Patented product for this Business. N.G.C. said Oooh we will help you write a Business and assist you through the process of getting the grant and we guarantee that you will get it N.G.C. will also charge you another $8,500.00 on top of the $1,000.00 to do this service. N.G.C. has not to this date May 20/2009 fulfilled their side of the agreement. I am still waiting for my Grant. I consider this an unscrupulous company and will not recomend to anybody to fall into their sales pitch.
