I recevied a phone call at @ 9:00 on October 10, 2007. It was a lady with a accent of some kind. She stated that I was selected to receive a Gov. Grant of $5000.00 and it was to be deposited into my checking account on Monday. I asked several questions and received many legit answers. She told me that I was receiving that grant because I was a tax payer that had paid my taxes reguarly. I was not to use the money for gambling, lottery, or anything to that nature.

She made it very had to hear exactly what she was saying. There was loud talking in the background and at sometimes there was music that was played. There were some questions that was to be answered at the end of the conversation and she told me the answers, the last one being no to some kind of long distance service. When the questions was read(all automated) it was going so fast you couldn't understand what really was being said.

On Monday, there was no deposit. On Tuesday, there was no deposit. On Wensday, they had taking out 29.95, but with no deposit of any money. I called they number that was on my checkings account statement and spoke to customer rep. who told me some big long story about how I athorized it and it was only for one time. So I, figureing that there was nothing I could do just hung up. If it was only a one time thing, then I could accept it and go on. It was my stupidity for trusting them anyways. But them four weeks later they have attemped three other times to take money out of my checkings. One of the times being $299.95. Being that I don't use the checking account that I gave them, I have been charged $100.00 in overdraft charges.

I am furious. I called them back and informed the woman that I talked to that I wanted to speak to a manager or someone who could answer my questions. She informed me that there wan't a manager on the floor. So when I demanded that I wanted to speak to someone higher up, she told me all the managers was at the corp. office. I asked for a number and they weren't allowed to give it out. She told me she was cancelling my account and asked if there was anything else. I told her to do me a favor and CALL corp. and tell them to watch the Nashville, Tn news. I was calling them, the local police station, better business bureau, and the local newspapers. Then I found this.

I WILL persue this to the fullest extent I possibly can. I do not feel that it is right to purswade, manipulate, and lie like this company did. Especially, for people who are hard working lower and middle class people and can't afford to have there checkings or savings account stole from. Especially so close to Christmas.

I am totally interested in a lawsuit!
