National Payment Modification (owner William Rodriguez) Didn't pay me for the work I done Orlando Florida

I started a job with National Payment Modification (in Orlando) on June 1, 2009 delivering papers for people going through foreclosures. After a week of working on Friday 6/5 they told me to come in on Monday to pick up another route. I went in on Monday 6/8/09 but the route wasn't ready and they told me to come back tomorrow. I live 1 hour and a half away from the office and I found that very unprofessional and unorganized. So, I took that as a sign to not come in and pick up my route when they pay me for the week that I worked. So, on Tuesday they called me telling me that a new route was ready for me to pick up but I told them if they can have my check ready so I don't have to drive down there again, since I lived so far away. They said yes to call them back in a few hours and it will be ready. I called Tuesday (6/9/09) through two weeks later Monday 6/22/09 and still no check, they had a new excuse everyday. I am glad I took their unorganized ways of doing business as a sign and asked for my check because I may have worked another week for free.

I recently moved out of my house so its been hard to follow-up on them ripping me off but now that things have settled down a bit I am ready to try and find a way to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I can't believe someone can actually take advantage of another person in such a harsh way. How can you send people out to advertise your business delivering papers to individual's homes in an effort to get them business (in this florida intense heat) and not even pay the people trying to better your business? This company (National Payment Modification) is a terrible company that is very deceptive on what they promise.
