National Platinum Club I was applying for a pay day cash advance loan. The information I entered was for a cash advance loan with 60 Minutes Cash advance. I was not applying for National Platinum membership and several da Carson City, Nevada

On June 11, 2010 I applied for a cash advance loan from 60 minutes pay day loan.  I entered my information.  Several days later I noticed $99.95 was deducted from my bank account and came to find out it was from National Platinum.  I did NOT authorize this transaction.  They stole my information and took money out of my bank account.  I called them only to get member services and they refuse to refund my money.  They say I submitted an application to them and there is no refund.  But I DID NOT apply for National Platinum at any time.  This is fraud!!  I have filed a report with the State Police for Access Device Fraud and will report this to any and all agencies until I get my money back and these people are arrested for fraud and put out of business!!
