national platium services N/A was applying for payday loans on the internet and some how this unknown company debited my checking account for 99.95 stating I signed up for their services I don't recall that. I called my bank an Charlotte , North Carolina

I was applying for payday loans on the internet and some how this unknown company debited my checking account  for 99.95 stating I signed up for their services I don't  recall that.

 I called my bank and were told they can't do anything about that because it was a pre-authorized this not true I do not authorized anything of this matter.I called this unknown company and could not get no information only got to talk to a so called customer rep.

I was told  no refund I signed up for and I had 7 days to cancel. This is not true the rep told me I could not dispute this because there are no refunds at all under the terms and conditions.

 I asked to talk to someone else the rep stated there is no one else i could talk to all. It's a scam they are doing and something needs to be done about it I'm sure hundreds have been affected by this.

I am requesting  documentation they will not provide. i would like the email they stated they sent and I would like to see where I openly enrolled  for services. 

I did not and I want my funds back in my account my account went negative because of this.
