National Retail Supply Misleading, lied, scammed Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
*Consumer Comment: THEY NEVER TOLD ME IT WAS FREE!!!
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They will lie to you on the phone and then send you things you did not order and bill you for them. DO NOT EVER SEND THEM MONEY.
They told me I had a 'credit' and wanted to send me paper rolls 'free of charge' I then got a bill for $157.

THEY NEVER TOLD ME IT WAS FREE!!!

I own a restaurant in Juneau, Alaska and I have been dealing with National Retail Supply for for years now. I love the service and the return customer credits they give me for my early paid invoices. It's sometimes very difficult to by paper down here and I find the convenience they provide extremely helpful. Although I could find it frustrating if one of my unauthorized employees ordered any type of product, and that is why I tell them not to from the start. I think that there is a huge number of business owners out there who neglect to properly train their employees, and do not take a leadership role in their company. If by chance one of my employees did order something, you better believe that they would tell me. There are many options to fix the situation, but to simply complain, and b***h while you hold another business' product and refuse to pay, is dishonest and extremely hipocritical!!!!!! Their stuff is a little pricey, yes I do agree, but for people in my situation, I would rather put an extra couple of bucks extra into knowing who I deal with. Playing the ignorant card is for five year olds, not for reputable business owners. Grow up, and deal with situations properly. After all, it's not like they didn't tell you the price before you ordered, or asked you if a purchase order was needed.
