National Revenue Reporting Inc Mona Fitzpatrick Told me I would go to prison for fraud if I didn't pay $1,264.97. Cheektowaga New York

I kept getting calls from an unavailable number. I never answer those but I finally did because I grew tired of them. I spoke to a lady that went by the name of Mona Fitzpatrick. She advised me that I had took out an installment loan that I never paid off. I didn't recall taking this out but after she knew a some of my personal information I figured she was right. Mona said that if I didn't pay an amount due of $1,264.97 that day that I would be getting served papers that night and i would end up in prison for fraud. It was scary to me because I couldn't figure out where my daughters would go if I had to serve a prison term. Although I wasn't able to pay the amount in full I paid $400.00 that day on my card and set up a payment plan for the rest. Since June I paid $1,048. My last payment was due to be taken out on 09-09-2013 but fortunately I lost my card and had to get it replaced so they was unable to get ino my account. I had a feeling that something was wrong with this company because I've been calling and emailing them to give them my new card info for my last payment and I've had no communication. They promised that this loan would come off my credit report after the final payment but a recent visit to my credit report didn't show any loan for this amount.
